About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time Real Estate Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This is not your typical real estate gig - this is a full-time, boots-on-the-ground position for someone who wants to hustle, close deals, and be part of fixing a broken industry. You’ll be supported by our office and internal team, but this job takes grit. You’ll need to be relentless, organized, and exceptional with people. We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, emotionally intelligent, and motivated by results.

What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct in-person apartment showings across NYC
Manage the full leasing process from inquiry to signed lease
Follow up with prospects via calls, texts, and emails - fast and often
Hit aggressive leasing quotas and weekly targets
Keep listings and records organized and up-to-date
Collaborate with our internal team to deliver a 5-star renter experience
Maintain the highest ethical standards in every interaction
Must Haves
1+ years of real estate or high-performance sales experience
New York State Real Estate License (or commitment to get one quickly)
Full-time availability
Outstanding written and verbal communication
Self-starter mindset - hungry, coachable, and ready to go
