Boutique Real Estate Brokerage looking for an agent to work with rental listings, tenants, sales listings, and buyers looking for homes. Brokerage will provide leads and training.
There are a lot of seller leads that need to be called and followed up with. Call leads, follow up diligently, and get sales listings
Prior Experience is great, but will train if necessary
Strong interpersonal skills necessary. Need to be good with people
Looking for someone with a great attitude, eager to get to work and close deals
Commission only, so there's no limit on how much you can make. Work harder, make more money!

Responsibilities and Duties
Working with Sales listings from start to finish
Working with Rental listings- taking photos and showing apartments to rent
Screening buyers, making sure they are qualified to purchase
Determine what a client is looking for, and search and send them options
Showing properties, listen to feedback, and adjust the search as necessary
Make offers and negotiate to get an accepted offer, and sell properties!
