Real estate management company hiring for an administrative, in-person office role. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving maintenance requests and coordinating visits with tenants and superintendent
- Paying bills
-Processing rent payments, following up with past due accounts
- Sending timely lease renewals and other communications
- Tracking insurance expirations
- Monthly budgeting
-Scheduling outside contractors, receiving and filing COI
- Scheduling appointments for company President and consistently reminding him of them
Previous property management experience is required, as is experience with property management software (preferably Buildium).
To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized (everything should be written down in a way that is easy for you to access and recall)
