Real Estate Management Responsibilities:
Commercial lease administration
CAM charge calculations
Residential lease administration
Section 8; SCRIE; DRIE; DHCR; HPD
Property insurance management
Collections
Office management tasks
Accounting Responsibilities:
Journal Entries
Review & pay bills using online bill pay system, or vendors’ website
Various accounting & financial tasks relating to properties & owner’s personal business
Payroll Administration
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist the owner with real estate and other business ventures
Liaison between owner & various business contacts
Calendar management
+ Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
+ Must have good problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
+ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Bachelors Degree or 3 years min work experience a plus
+ Rent Manager knowledge a plus
