Single-family residential developer looking to hire an associate to locate and manage deal flow for new prospective vacant land opportunities. The job will be held in person in the Brooklyn area from Mon-Thurs 11am-4pm.
Skills/Requirements:
Communicating with brokers/sellers of prospective properties
Organizing and managing incoming/current deal flow using company CRM/software
Sorting through traditional online resources to locate new properties (ie Zillow, Property Shark)
Salary:
$25/hour plus $2000 commission per land aquistion
