Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Salesperson to join our dynamic team at CENTURY 21 Awaye Realty. As a Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties in Carroll Gardens and the surrounding areas. Your main objective will be to build relationships, understand clients' needs, and guide them through the real estate process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate goals and provide tailored solutions.
2. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
3. Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of available properties to potential buyers or tenants.
4. Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms, and marketing efforts.
5. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and real estate regulations to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
6. Negotiate and draft purchase agreements, lease contracts, and other relevant documentation to facilitate property transactions.
7. Collaborate with other team members, including brokers, agents, and support staff, to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
8. Utilize technology tools and resources provided by the company to manage client database, listings, and marketing activities.
9. Attend meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills related to real estate sales.
Qualifications:
1. Valid real estate license in the state of New York.
2. Proven experience as a real estate salesperson or similar role, preferably in the Carroll Gardens area.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
4. Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
5. Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and relevant regulations.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
7. Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with real estate CRM systems, listing platforms, and online marketing tools.
8. High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
