Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proven producer with an established
book of business who is ready to leverage our abundant buyer leads, advanced marketing tools,

Key Responsibilities
● Manage and grow your existing book of business while converting high-quality buyer
leads provided by the brokerage (10+ qualified leads per month).
● Prospect actively through networking, referrals, open houses, and other strategies to
generate additional listings and sales.
● Guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction process, including market analysis,
negotiations, contract preparation, and successful closings.
● Provide exceptional client service, building long-term relationships and generating
referrals.
● Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives and contribute ideas for brokerage
growth.
● Maintain compliance with all local real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirements
● Active real estate license in good standing.
● Minimum 5+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent with a proven track
record of success.
● Established book of business required – you must bring portable clients, referrals, or
ongoing pipeline to contribute immediately.
● Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of buyer transactions while maintaining
excellent service.
● Strong prospecting skills with experience in lead generation and conversion.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
● Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to grow into a leadership role (e.g., team lead,
mentor, or management).
● Proficiency with CRM systems, MLS, and real estate technology tools preferred.
