Looking for an Assistant and a full time Showing Agent
MUST HAVE A CAR
Looking for immediate hire. Bi-lingual a plus but must be proficient in English. Hours can be flexible & Work Remotely. Salary plus commission.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Showing perspective tenant
- preparing and filing many forms.
-e-mail sorting, responding and appointment scheduling.
-Must have the ability to successfully interact and follow up with tenants in a professional manner.
-Maintain and post on website on a daily basis.
-Follow through on deals.
-Managing database and updating files.
-Upload/manage videos.
-Execution of payment obligations.
