Responsibilities:
-This role is the right place for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, has strong interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast-paced setting
-Provide outstanding customer service while managing day-to-day operations to ensure the office runs smoothly
-Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them appropriately
-Maintain accurate records and ensure the front desk area is always tidy and presentable
-Collaborate with other departments for seamless communication and coordination
-Address complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
-Be a team player with the ability to discern situations and “Do The Right Thing”
Compensation:
$18.00 to $23.00 per hour and Overtime after 40 hrs, Sick, Holiday, Bonus and Vacation!
