Role Overview
We’re looking for passionate Beauty Ambassadors to represent AMP Beauty and our partner brands during the busy holiday season at Macy’s Herald Square. Ideal candidates are energetic, sales-driven, and confident storytellers who love connecting customers to products that make them look good and feel good.
What You’ll Do
Engage shoppers and educate them on AMP Beauty’s featured brands and products
Deliver an exceptional in-store experience through personalized recommendations and storytelling
Support daily merchandising, restocking, and visual presentation standards
Assist with content creation, influencer visits, and community engagement moments
Track customer insights and support sales goals in collaboration with the AMP Beauty team
What We’re Looking For
Enthusiastic, professional, and approachable personality
Passion for beauty, skincare, and self-care across all textures and shades
Prior retail, beauty, or brand ambassador experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability on weekends and key holiday shopping dates
