We're seeking a talented individual to join our retail team as a full-time multi task responsibilities.
Location: Bronx NY Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle cash transactions, credit/debit card payments, and provide excellent customer service at the checkout counter.
Assist with inventory management, managing stock, and conducting periodic inventory checks.
Utilize computer systems for data entry, sales reporting, and back-office tasks such as reconciling cash drawers and generating reports.
Provide support to the management team with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with retail software systems.
Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, or retail environments is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
