Designer Retail Jewelry looking for Sales Specialists:
-Assist clients in sales, styling, customization, repairs, and customer service.
-Constant communication with other stores, production, designer, and clients to assure quality control, optimization of sales, and managing the stores.
-Everyday upkeep of the store by polishing jewelry, visual merchandising, contacting maintenance, and other miscellaneous responsibilities.
-Emailing, calling, contacting clients to assure customer satisfaction and make new sales.
-Learning about the jewelry, new styles, trends, prices, and appropriate timeline for production.
Desired Skills and Experience:
-Previous luxury retail experience is a MUST, preferably in Jewelry.
-Great sense of style.
-Exceptional customer service skills.
-Desire to learn about our products in order to assist customers.
-Basic computer skills, ability to write emails, contact customers, etc.
-Organized and responsible
.-Fun attitude and strong work ethic.
