A boutique flower shop in Brooklyn is hiring a Flower Shop Creative to support our daily operations and help grow our presence on social media.
We’re looking for someone who is creative, dependable, and excited to learn floral design while contributing ideas and content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with daily flower shop tasks: cleaning, restocking, flower prep
Learn floral processing and arrangement techniques (we will train you!)
Take customer orders in person, by phone, and online
Prepare and package floral deliveries
Capture and create content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Assist with workshops and event prep when needed
Engage with customers and followers professionally
Requirements:
Interest in flowers, design, and creative styling
Confident using Canva and familiar with Instagram/TikTok
Friendly, punctual, and professional
Able to lift flower buckets and stand for long periods
Must have reliable transportation
Must live within a reasonable commute to Brooklyn
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and skills (starting at $16/hr) Part-time or full-time
