DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sort, scan, tag, pack, restock, and ship (when needed) merchandise and orders.
Receive and process incoming orders and ensure they are accurately recorded in inventory management systems.
Perform regular cycle counts of inventory and complete inventory reconciliations.
Monitor inventory levels and adjust stock levels as necessary.
Assist with responding to customer service inquiries and online returns.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Assist in loading and unloading vehicles when needed.
Occasional driving for pick-ups and drop-offs.
REQUIREMENTS:
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus.
Must be willing to take direction, work as a part of a team, and collaborate effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Desire and motivation to go above and beyond the call of duty.
Shopify experience is a huge plus.
Must be able to stand for 8 hours, carry up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
