Key Food Supermarket seeking a motivated, hard working, and reliable assistant manager to join our team.
Desired qualifications include:
- 5+ years retail management experience
- Prior experience in managing a supermarket or retail Grocery store.
- Candidate should have sufficient knowledge of the retail business and a desire to learn more
- Excellent customer service skills
- Capable of handling multitude of problems arising from NYC retail environment
- Can work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- At least 21 years of age
- Must have a Positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independent with support and guidance from management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with other team members and management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high volume environment
- A team player who is willing to help out with all aspects of the operation if it is needed
- Experience with e-commerce and web order fulfilment (Uber Eats, DoorDash, website, etc.) is a plus
