We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Cannabis Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting cannabis products, provide information on various strains, methods of consumption, and ensure a positive customer experience.
## Duties
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide information on different strains, potency, and effects of various cannabis products
- Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Educate customers on safe consumption methods and responsible cannabis use
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
-Engage in thoughtful small talk conversations with customers
## Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry is a must
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for serving a diverse customer base
