Position Overview: A. Cheng’s Sales Associates are responsible for the customer experience in store, as well as building the customer relationship over social media. Collaborates with the Store Manager & Owner to execute social media marketing and content, coordinate sales strategies with Store Manager to exceed monthly sales goals. The work environment is a fast paced, busy workflow that requires multi tasking. Below is a summary of tasks and expectations for your position, subject to change.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service/ Sales Floor
Arrive on time
Dress in a manner that is in accordance with the A. Cheng Dress Code Policy
Deliver a high level of warm & professional customer service
Maintain tidy, presentable store environment & product showcasing
Demonstrate a professional and warm attitude that encourages a strong sense of teamwork, especially during fast paced peak hours/seasons.
Managing & reducing web and instore returns
Reduce shrinkage and managing theft prevention
Operations
Maintaining stockroom
Store cleaning & maintenance
Restocking, tagging
Posting planned social media marketing
Schedule
Every Sunday from 11am – 6pm
Availability during the last two weeks of December
Required: Minimum one year experience in a comparable womenswear boutique
