Your qualifications:
3+ years of retail or customer service experience
Commitment to excellence, quality, and sincere hospitality
Passion for creating positive customer experiences
Ability to provide warm, genuine, and knowledgeable service
Excellent listening and communication skills
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
A fashion degree or previous experience in fashion is a plus
Your responsibilities:
Joyfully help customers find the perfect fit
Replenish and organize the floor
Check out customers with a POS and help them with returns and exchanges
Accept deliveries and do fulfillment
Engage customers with warm, thoughtful service and build relationships with customers
Take the initiative to make things happen, anticipating issues, and work quickly and efficiently
Be flexible, responding with urgency and positively to changing environments
Compensation:
Starting hourly rate - $21 / hour
Monthly bonuses based on sales targets and time worked
