Parts Counter Specialist
Peterbilt of New York City is looking for highly motivated Parts Specialist for Staten Island location.
Job responsibilities include but no limited to assisting customers at counter and on phones. Develop product knowledge concerning all of our OEM and aftermarket parts. Advise customers about the right parts for their vehicle, Explain to customers the difference in performance and convenience related to each purchase.
Recommend more than one product option whenever possible so customers feel as though they have multiple options.
Prefer 1+ years experience in the auto/diesel industry. CDK software a plus. Salary will be determined based on experience. Monthly incentive plans and 401K.
