Mure+Grand is a retail brand with six retail locations in New York. We are seeking a Retail Operations Associate to support our Manhattan locations with day-to-day operations, deliveries, and light maintenance needs. This role is ideal for someone with prior retail experience who is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple stores and multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist with in-store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and customer support when needed
Coordinate and carry out deliveries between locations
Perform light repairs and basic maintenance tasks to keep stores running smoothly
Communicate effectively with store teams to provide operational support
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner
Assist with operations of pop-ups and annual markets
Qualifications:
Previous retail or operations experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Handy with basic repairs and problem-solving
Reliable, organized, and comfortable traveling between locations in Manhattan
