Are you enthusiastic about hemp products and the positive impact they can have on health and wellness? We are a legally operating hemp retail store specializing in hemp cannabinoids, and we are looking for a knowledgeable Hemp Retail Associate to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting the right hemp cannabinoid products.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings to educate customers effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding hemp sales, upholding a zero-tolerance policy for underage sales.
- Efficiently handle transactions and conduct age verification for all purchases.
- Assist with inventory management and keep the store organized and well-stocked.
- Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining a clean environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail, particularly in hemp or cannabinoid sales, is a plus.
- Strong understanding of hemp cannabinoids and related regulations.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to provide valid ID.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
