Sea is looking for Temporary Sales Associates for our Upper East Side Pop-Up. The position would start on October 1st and last through December 31st.
Responsibilities/Sales Associate
Assist the customer by wardrobing and selling merchandise that effectively meets and exceeds the customer’s needs.
Greet and offer all customers exceptional service
Build and maintain client relationships
Maintain window displays, fill in merchandise on sales floor, and assist in floor-set execution
Return merchandise from fitting room to selling floor and stockroom
Ensure the store is kept neat and organized daily
Process merchandise shipments, as needed
Replenish merchandise on a daily basis to ensure all merchandise is represented on the sales floor at all times
Responsible for store opening/closing procedures when assigned
Organize and maintain stockroom
Responsible for meeting company KPI expectations
Ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to
Ensure the showroom is kept neat and organized daily
Order office supplies
Assist owner with special projects
Assist Sales Team during market
Communicate with super regarding maintenance issues
Ad Hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a retail/wholesale environment
Strong observation skills – identifying and assessing customer and employee behavior, reactions, floor awareness, etc.
Ability to retain and utilize data, i.e. names, merchandise, information, policies and procedures
Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
College Education Required
