Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented applicants with customer service experience. Must be able to multitask and work in a face paced and time sensitive environment. The Showroom Assistant will assist our sales department with many tasks and will provide general support to our sales team. Domestic travel is required to help as needed with trade shows and general assistance. This position requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to maintain an organized work environment while effectively managing inventory and assisting customers.
Duties
- Order/Data Entry
- Matching Invoices to Purchase Orders
- Communicating with purchasing and sales account managers
- Communicating with shipping, receiving and logistics
- Assist with trade shows
- Communicating with customers, outreach
- Some travel required
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
