De Janeiro is looking for a Warehouse/Receiving employee.
We are looking for full-time employees to work in the warehouse. There is room for growth in this company, as we are looking for employees who would like to stay long-term and can potentially develop into the warehouse manager down the line. Wage is $16 per hour to start (potential raises are given based on merit), with potential for growth down the road. The job is located in the Financial District in Downtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
-Work on daily shipments of merchandise that needs to be sent out from our warehouse. Would be expected to pull, pack, and charge merchandise
-Help keep our warehouse organized and orderly
-Work with others loading and unloading boxes from vendors/our truck.
-Other tasks that are given to you by the warehouse manager, like:
Counting styles, splitting up case packs, entering counts into the computer system, etc.
Expectations:
-Come on time each and everyday
-Be respectful toward your manager and co-workers (and employees if you ever get promoted to manager)
-Be an efficient worker in terms of pulling, packing, and charging merchandise. Our busiest months of the year will prove to be a very fast-paced environment
