Qualifications:
MUST have a Valid N.Y.S Security Guard License
Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
Must be reliable dependable and reliable attendance record
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
Attention to detail and strong observational skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
Can communicate well with mgmt and customers.
Ability to stand - walk continuously perform essential job functions for duration of shift with or
without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
· Greet all customers entering and leaving the store
· Monitor store entrance / exit
· Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and or front door with courteous and professional interactions with customers.
· Officers will Deal with Issues with customers, shoplifting, vendors
· Officers must email and or write a report of incidents that occur in the store.
Ability to stand in one location for extended period of time and or complete foot patrol as required by the site. Also required to respond to emergency or critical incidents and notify proper authorities as required. Officers keep an eye on suspicious activities and respond to the situation adequately
Ability to respond to emergency or critical incidents and notify proper authorities as required.
Help deescalate a situation in case of an angry customer attempting to cause problems.

Stand post as instructed and serve as general security presence and visible deterrent to crime and client policy.
Detect suspicious activities and watch for criminal acts or client policy violations at post that may be threat to
physical assets, customers, and client's employees.
Patrol inside the facility by foot as directed by client.
Report all incidents, accidents, or medical emergencies immediately to supervisor.
Address security related complaints and Report it to the manager
Complete incident reports to document all Security related incidents such as theft, accidents, and
fire alarms
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
Perform any other job related duties as assigned by Mgmt.
