Starting Pay: $20 per hour during a 6-month probation period. Guaranteed pay raise after 6 months.
After that, choose between:
$24/hour + benefits
$28/hour without benefits
Guaranteed 40 hours per week with voluntary overtime and on-call shifts at time and a half for extra earnings.
