We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Act as a visible deterrent to prevent unauthorized access or activities.
- Respond to alarms and investigate situations as directed by Management.
- Monitor CCTV.
- Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas, and report in a daily digital log.
- Write reports on incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities, and be comfortable using a computer and web paged software.
- Provide assistance to homeowners, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position for minimum of 2 years
- Familiarity with report writing and surveillance procedures, and with computers
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, and patrolling on foot
Shifts available 8am-4pm & 4pm-12am & 12am-8am
