REQUIRED:
- MMR and TB vaccinations
- At least 18 years old
- Excellent customer service skills (including phone etiquette), responsible, respectful, mature, well-mannered
- High school diploma or GED
- OSHA 30
- Reliable transportation
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Valid ID (state or federal)
- Valid NY Security Guard license
- Social Security Card
- Clearly communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Vigilant and responsible
- Follow all protocols
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Great customer service, phone, and front desk work
- Checking employee and visitor identification
- Protecting property
- Patrol and conduct scans of designated areas
- Observe conditions that may create a security or safety concern
- Monitor for unauthorized persons
- Monitor entrances and exits
- Conduct detailed observations of people and property
- Enforce site rules and regulations, etc.
