Responsibilities:
-Fire Prevention and Fire Watch
-Patrols
-Fire Watch Log
-Conduct Fire Drills
-Communicate with the DOB and FDNY
-Incident Reporting
Qualifications:
-Must have valid NYS Security License
-Must have valid Fire Guard F-02
-Must obtain upon hiring CPR/First Aid Certificate
-Able to follow written procedures
-Able to read, write and speak English
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Physically fit to perform in cases of emergency
-Able to stand for long hours
