Position Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Door-to-Door Solar Sales Consultants to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting consultations, and closing sales of solar power systems. This is a commission-based position with no earning cap, offering substantial income potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories to generate new leads.
- Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and our products.
- Consultation:
- Schedule and conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers.
- Assess customer needs and present customized solar energy solutions.
- Explain financing options, savings potential, and system benefits.
- Sales:
- Close sales and achieve/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in door-to-door or solar sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn top commissions.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
