We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team and help us connect with new leads.
JOB DESCRIPTION: As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our clinic by scheduling appointments with potential clients. You will be responsible for answering phone calls from new leads, understanding their needs, and setting up appointments for them to meet with our speech therapist. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth and efficient appointment process, contributing to the overall success of our clinic. We will provide paid training.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Call and/or answer calls from potential clients to schedule appointments.
Conduct initial assessments to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients.
Collaborate with the clinic’s team to ensure a seamless client experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software and appointment scheduling tools preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
