We are seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual English/Spanish Sales Representative to join our Social Adult Day Care team. This role focuses on warm sales only—all individuals you contact have already expressed interest by responding to our online advertisements.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound phone calls to potential members and their families who have already shown interest in our services.
Clearly explain the benefits of our Social Adult Day Care program in both English and Spanish.
Build trust and rapport with prospects by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enrollments.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish
Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable making calls throughout the day and working in a structured, goal-driven environment.
Patient, empathetic, and professional when speaking with families and caregivers.
Compensation:
Base salary + commission structure with opportunities to earn more based on performance.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Phone-based role (all day phone work).
