If you have high-level consultative sales experience offering private placement opportunities to high-net-worth investors and sourcing finance opportunities with commercial enterprises, we would like to speak with you.
This is a telecommute (remote) long-term contract position in which representative will be working from their home office utilizing business communications and software provided by company. Performance will be reviewed at the end of first year to determine eligibility and parameters for extension of contract.
Starting Base Salary: $72,500 (Minimum) - $125,000 (Maximum) Per Year/ Paid Bi-Weekly
Note: Starting base salary can be set up to a maximum of $125,000 for qualified candidates based on verifiable production volume (T-12) from their current book of business. Base salary amount is established during onboarding, included in employment contract, and not related to sales volume.
Monthly Bonuses: Candidate will be sourcing and closing large ticket, high volume transactions in which bonus compensation typically ranges from Five (5) figures to Six (6) figures per month in addition to base salary.
Qualified candidates for this position will be responsible for originating and closing transactions for private placement offerings and commercial financing projects through various sourcing methods including their own client book and utilizing company resources provided by our proprietary marketing platform.
We employ Generative A.I. technology for prospecting efforts and marketing campaigns to generate fully qualified and vetted prospects which are delivered directly to our staff associates.
Please Note: This is NOT a “phone sales” position in which a representative will be plugged into a dialer and mindlessly making heavy-volume cold calls from a database. Candidate must have experience working directly with accredited and institutional investors on a consultative basis and sourcing opportunities with corporate entities.
