Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Client Relationship Intern to join the Maestro L.A.B team. In this role, you will assist in recruiting new clients, managing existing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. If you're passionate about finance, sales, and client management, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience. We support interns applying for Optional Practical Training (OPT).

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Assist in identifying and recruiting new clients, presenting our hedge fund products and services.

Product Sales: Support the sales team by explaining the benefits of our fund products and aligning them with clients' financial goals.

Client Relationship Management: Help manage communications with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.

Client Retention: Assist in developing strategies to deepen engagement with existing clients and address their needs and inquiries.

Market Research: Support the team with industry research to identify trends and opportunities that enhance our product offerings.

Reporting: Help prepare reports on client acquisition progress, client retention, and sales performance.

Qualifications:

1. Strong interest in client acquisition and relationship management, preferably with some experience or internships in financial services or hedge funds.

2. Preference for candidates with experience at a survey company and knowledge of recruiting new participants for paid survey activities.

3. Basic understanding of hedge funds, financial products, and the investment landscape.

4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

5. A team player with the ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $50,000 to $80,000 annually

Bonus/Commission: 50% to 100% of the base salary, based on performance

Stipend: Competitive

Commitment: 40 hours / Week
