We are now hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to support our growing demand. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a sharp, motivated individual who wants to learn the industry, develop real sales skills, and grow into a high-level rep.
No prior industry experience required — but drive, discipline, and communication skills are expected.
What You’ll Do
Learn the sales process from prospecting to closing
Research municipalities, agencies, and private security firms
Call, email, and follow up with incoming leads
Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and spec sheets
Schedule demos, meetings, and on-site visits
Take ownership of CRM organization and follow-up pipelines
This is not a “sit back and wait for leads” job — you're expected to be proactive, organized, and hungry.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, persistent, and able to follow a process
Comfortable making calls and speaking to customers
Willingness to learn technical products and automotive terminology
Positive attitude, emotional control, and reliability
Valid driver’s license a plus

Compensation
Base Salary: $40k–$50k
Commission: 1%–2% depending on product line
Performance bonuses
