- Answer incoming calls, place orders over the phone
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing any customer complaints or issues
- At least 2 years customer service experience
- MUST have 2 years of retail sales experience
- MUST be available to work holidays
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area and tools.
- Watering plants, cleaning flowers
- MUST be able to multitask
