General Manager – Multi-Location Brunch & Coffee Concept (3 Locations)

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 + Performance Bonuses (Total Potential $90K+)

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and highly organized General Manager to oversee operations at three busy New York brunch and coffee locations 32 North Restaurant and two East Rock Coffee shops.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, inspires teams, and maintains strong professional boundaries. If you know how to run a tight ship and elevate guest experience, we want to meet you.

About the Role

The General Manager will lead daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent standards in hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and performance. You’ll work closely with ownership to grow the brand, strengthen culture, and build efficient systems that keep each store running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Unit Leadership

Oversee daily operations across 3 high-volume brunch/coffee locations

Maintain consistent service, food quality, and guest satisfaction across all stores

Team & Culture

Lead, train, and coach FOH & BOH teams

Set and maintain professional boundaries

Handle hiring, scheduling, and performance management

Build a positive, organized, and accountable work environment

Operational Excellence

Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed

Implement systems for efficiency, organization, and strong execution

Assist in onboarding, menu items, customer service standards, and SOPs

Financial & Business Accountability

Manage labor costs, inventory, waste, and weekly financial targets

Track store performance, review KPIs, and help make operational improvements

Work closely with ownership on goals, reporting, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

3+ years General Manager experience in a full-service or brunch-forward restaurant

Strong skills in both FOH + BOH operations

Proven ability to lead teams with confidence, fairness, and professionalism

Experience managing more than one location is a major plus

Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-traffic environments

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: $80,000–$85,000

Performance Bonus: Up to $5000+ per year based on:

Labor control & cost management

Cleanliness and inspection performance

Inventory accuracy and waste reduction

Guest satisfaction scores and online reviews
