We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Part-Time Home Canvassers. In this role, you will engage directly with residents in local neighborhoods to promote our services, generate leads, and secure signed contracts. Key Responsibilities: -
Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce services and build rapport with potential clients. -
Clearly explain service offerings, answer questions, and address concerns professionally. -
Secure signed contracts by effectively communicating value propositions. -
Maintain a polished, well-mannered demeanor to uphold the company’s positive reputation. -
Track leads and report daily progress to supervisors. -
Utilize personal transportation to travel efficiently between neighborhoods.
Requirements: - Exceptional communication skills (well-spoken, articulate, and confident). -
Professional and courteous attitude (well-mannered, friendly, and approachable). -
Reliable personal transportation (mandatory for traveling to assigned areas). -
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. -
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. -
Prior sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation - $20.00/hour + $500 commission for each signed contract. - Example Earnings: 20 hours/week + 2 contracts = $400 (hourly) + $1,000 (commission) = $1,400 weekly. -
