We are looking for In-House Sales Support Admin candidate for our NYC office.
This position requires a candidate who thrives in an energetic environment, inherently has a positive disposition and is a people-person managing internal and external relationships.
You will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team while building exceptional customer relationships and meet/exceeding goals to increase sales.
Responsible for writing up orders for established accounts, In-House inquiries, vendor research, incoming web requests and other duties as needed.
DUTIES:
Writing up Sales Orders per sales team as required (+ vacation support)
Demonstrate clear understanding of the company's sales processes
Work with custom software to implement prospecting strategies ensuring accurate and complete information is entered.
Provide weekly accurate forecasts to the sales organization
Lead customers through quotation or order entry, providing information on our products/services
Source new vendors as needed / follow up on CAD and print samples as required.
Develop an understanding of our business to help inform Sales and other departments (ie - Social Media / Merch)
Other tasks/duties as required
