Location: Onsite Astoria, NY 11106
Job Type: Full-Time 10 am - 6 pm est M- F
Compensation: $25/hour ($50,700 annually) Base Pay+ Uncapped Residual Commissions & Bonuses

Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performance team. This is an onsite, phone-based sales role focused on engaging small and mid-sized business owners, presenting our payment processing solutions, and closing deals. Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries from business owners seeking information on our credit card processing and equipment solutions.
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads, qualifying prospects and identifying key decision-makers.
Understand client pain points and recommend the most effective payment processing solutions (POS, terminals, dual pricing, etc.).
Manage the full sales cycle—from the first contact to closing—while ensuring a positive client experience.
Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in our CRM system
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years of experience in high-volume telephone sales
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Consultative sales approach with a drive to close
Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
CRM experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
