JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop a deep understanding of various insurance products, including health and life insurance, to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Conduct through needs assessments to identify the most suitable insurance solutions for clients.
Educate clients on policy features, coverage options, and policy terms to ensure they make informed decisions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through various channel, including cold-calling, network events, referrals and online leads.
Follow up with clients to address inquires, provide policy updates and offer ongoing support.

QUALIFICATION:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team,
