I have been excited to write this post for a while and find our all stars. We are launching a new small business funding brokerage and we need KILLER sales reps to help us launch.
This is what makes us unique: we have been in the MCA and small business funding space for years now doing lead generation for tons of other ISOs and funding brokers. We have been on the front lines of the sales process and know that 99% of other funding brokers are bad at generating quality leads.
We have generated tens of thousands of leads which have led to hundreds of millions of dollars in funded deals and we realize the power we posses with our lead generation capabilities, so we think its time to launch our own ISO. This way we can keep all of the deals in house and make way more.
We also know that most ISOs and other funding brokers DON'T provide their sales reps with warm, qualified leads to call and close. And they can be sketchy/unreliable to deal with. We are the complete opposite on both fronts.
This is what will make us dominant and very attractive to hungry reps: we will provide you with all the leads you could ever need, a way to call them, a way to log your notes into a CRM, a smooth and easy application for prospects to fill out and best of all: fast commission payouts to you.

We are new to the space but extremely savvy and have all of our systems set up and ready to go.
We need sales reps who have a lot of experience in the funding space, can talk the talk on the phone/email and most importantly: who are EXTREMELY hungry and financially motivated.
We want our reps to make 6 figures PER MONTH and know this is very achievable with the lead gen. flow we're capable of providing.
For the right reps, we are also going to provide pathways to management with salaries, huge bonus packages and possible equity in the company. We are very flexible and generous, we just want to find the right reps.
