We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team!
As an online sales support representative, you'll provide exceptional customer service,
respond to inquiries and most importantly drive sales through whatsapp and other online channels.
Requirements
-1+ year sales experience, preferably in jewelry and luxury goods
-Strong knowledge of jewelry and gemstones
-Fluent in English and Spanish
-Proficient in WhatsApp and other online communication platforms
-Excellent customer relationship management skills
-Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
-In office position
Responsibilities
-Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships
-Provide product information and recommendations
-Process orders and resolve customer issues
-Meet sales target and contribute to team growth
