What you’ll do:
- Meet with homeowners + businesses, give estimates, close jobs
- Generate leads (networking, events, referrals, outreach)
- Build local partnerships (realtors, property managers, businesses)
- Stay connected with customers to drive referrals

- Outgoing personality, motivated to earn
- Reliable car + driver’s license
- Comfortable talking with new people
