SALES COORDINATOR / MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR
As our Membership Advisor / Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, shaping unforgettable experiences and guiding them toward our exclusive spa memberships. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our fast-growing FOUR spas. Join us in crafting a world-class journey for our guests and play a pivotal role in our growth!

Responsibilities:
Build relationships with guests during their spa visit.
Qualify and nurture guests thru a memorable experience.
Offer the guest a spa membership during checkout.
Track and update client interactions, ensuring clean data.
Requirements:
Background in Sales (2-4 years)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Extremely organized.
Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time.
Sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities.
Excellent at building rapport.
Compensation:
$80000 - $90000 total per year
$40000 is your base salary
$40000 - $50000 in potential commissions
