Position: Unlimited Commission + Base Salary Sales Representative Position
Key Responsibilities:
Work with a team to generate new business leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance agents, and property managers
Conduct on-site assessments and provide recommendations for restoration services
Close sales and ensure clients are satisfied with the process from start to finish
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or customer service
Excellent communication and people skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
Ability to understand the restoration process and educate clients on services offered
Comfortable networking and generating leads
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
High Commission + Base Pay with unlimited earning potential!
