Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and building strong relationships with customers. You will have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills and provide exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. If you have a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you.
Our office will schedule appointments on your calendar for you to meet with the homeowner(s) and close with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.
Daily Tasks:
Traveling and meeting prospective customers or existing ones at various areas on Long Island, Brooklyn and Queens.
Track and communicate business environment with respect to customer feedback and competitive activity.
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
Qualifications:
Mathematically inclined.
Highly developed communication skills.
Naturally outgoing individual.
Develop strategies for more effective presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Willingness and ability to travel. Must have a valid driver's license.
Sales experience – Required
Outside sales (In home sales) – Required
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Track sales.
