Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Specialist to handle inbound calls, follow up on leads, and close sales. This role is entirely sales-focused, requiring strong communication skills, the ability to persuade and build trust quickly, and a commitment to maximizing revenue. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at handling objections, and is motivated by closing deals.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and follow up on lead submissions to drive sales.
Convert inquiries into active sales by guiding potential customers through the data recovery process and explaining our value proposition.
Close deals by securing payments, processing service agreements, and issuing shipping labels for customer submissions.
Clearly communicate pricing, service options, and recovery success expectations to customers while emphasizing the benefits of our expertise.
Overcome objections, answer customer questions, and instill confidence in our services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and lead status in the CRM system.
Provide post-evaluation sales follow-ups, explain findings, and push for service approvals.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing and exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or call center sales, preferably in high-value or one-time service industries.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to handle objections and build trust quickly over the phone.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in native-level American English.
High level of confidence, professionalism, and persistence in closing deals.
Ability to multitask, document interactions in real time, and maintain CRM accuracy.
Prior experience in technology-related sales or services is a plus.
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
