Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on selling our Drug and Alcohol Consortium and CTPA services to trucking companies and transportation businesses. This is a performance-driven position with significant earning potential through commissions. 1099 contractor required. UNLIMITED LEADS
Key Responsibilities
-Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in the trucking industry.
-Educate prospects about the importance of FMCSA compliance and our consortium services.
-Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and future sales opportunities.
-Use CRM tools to track leads, manage sales pipeline, and document client interactions.
-Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction for new clients.
Compensation
Base Pay: $1,000/month
Commission: $150 per successful sign-up.
Example Earnings:
10 sign-ups/month = $1,500 commission + $1,000 base = $2,500/month.
20 sign-ups/month = $3,000 commission + $1,000 base = $4,000/month.
THIS IS A 1099 POSITION AND FOR PEOPLE WHO KNOW SALES BUT NEED A START. THE BASE IS SMALL BECAUSE THE REAL MONEY IS MADE ON THE SALES. This will lead to a sales lead role with more pay and responsibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
-Proven sales experience (preferably in the compliance or transportation sector).
-Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
-Familiarity with FMCSA compliance or willingness to learn.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

-Availability to work 40 hours per week.
