Prior sales experience REQUIRED
Must be 100% fluent in written & spoken English
Marketing experience or aptitude is a plus but NOT required because the owner/surgeon has his MBA from NYU in marketing (so can either handle the marketing himself or teach you marketing)
Medical experience or aptitude is required (eg you majored in any science as an undergraduate)
You MUST have a 4-year bachelor’s degree (not just an associate’s degree)
Pay depends on experience but will be like this:
$7000 free LASEK +
$10/hr base = $20,000/yr
+ 6% of insurance collections = $12,000/yr
+ 2% of laser collections = $24,000/yr
= $56,000/yr WITHOUT ANY REVENUE GROWTH
But if you do a good job and GROW OUR REVENUE, you will make $75,000/yr by this December, and $95,000/yr by sometime next year!;)
